Waiver of Liability & Responsibility releases REJUVENATION FITNESS GROUP, (Its Proprietor, Directors, Management) from all liability & responsibility relating to trainers, personal & professional behavior/ Character at any time ( On duty & off duty Hours).By signing Waiver of Liability & Responsibility, Trainer agrees to hold REJUVENATION FITNESS GROUP free from any liability, Including financial responsibilities ( Tax, Payments etc.) from clients incurred, regardless of their behavior & personal/professional approach to REJUVENATION FITNESS GROUP. It's understood that they are freelance trainers working under the brand name of REJUVENATION FITNESS GROUP & certify that they are physically & medically fit & have not been advised to not by a qualified medical professional. They have certified that there are no health related reasons or problems which preclude them from training. The trainer has also acknowledged the risks involved in Personal Training/Home Visit & any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness from their end, they will be solely responsible for that and REJUVENATION FITNESS GROUP won't be liable & responsible for it. Trainer acknowledge that RFG and its proprietor, directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and managers are not responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any client or entity taking their services in any concern.
6. Restrictions On Use Of Content. Unless otherwise noted, all Content contained on this Website is protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual properties laws.
